Cancellation & Refund

1. Order cancellation is allowed only before the item is dispatched.

2. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

3. Refunds are applicable only for defective or damaged products.

4. Customers must provide proof (photos/videos) before requesting a refund.

5. After verification, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
